Serving his sixth term on the Board, Supervisor Shirley is a former two-term President of the Navajo Nation. He brings extensive experience evaluating large-scale infrastructure and its impact on broad communities.

Based in Portland, Oregon, and backed by the New Jersey private equity firm Energy Capital Partners (ECP), Triple Oak is seeking to build the transmission infrastructure necessary to export power from the area.
